+ Sustainability Commitment: The owner of the hotel would like to continue what she did in the past for the people in the destination of Danang. The city is developing very quickly but there are still many people in need of help. There are homeless families, disabled children and poor elderly people. She also wants to have more hotels and travellers join with her to make more effective and stronger support to these people.

+ Implementation Statement: The charity activities actually started before the opening of the hotel in 1994 since the hotel owner was still an ice-cream factory owner. She expanded the business to include her neighbours and introduce them to a better life. She is a strong Catholic woman who does a lot of charity work, such as visiting and support homeless, poor, sick and old people. Her youngest daughter and her husband run a traditional handicraft factory, which provides jobs to about 100 local people directly and more than 200 ethnic people indirectly. All her life has been devoted to charity.
